Prices
Prices are valid only when ordering through our online store. The valid sales prices of the products are displayed on the store’s website. We reserve the right to change the price. All prices include 24% VAT.
Payment methods
1. Paytrail Oy. The subscription is paid for in advance in a secure online service. Available options: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Tapiola, Aktia, POP, SP, Nooa, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard & PayPal
2. Invoice 14 Days. The invoice will be sent by e-mail and the payment period is 14 days from the order. The invoice must be paid fullybefore the product is delivered.
Payments with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard (online payment)
If you want to pay with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Arctic Finland Oy only acts as a marketer of products and services and also delivers the products to the buyer. Paytrail Oyj is responsible for complaints. Paytrail Oyj acts as the seller of the product for payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, and the transaction arises between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. The seller is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction. Paytrail Oyj is also the recipient of the payment. Online banking
The payment and financial service related to online banking payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj charges the payment and settles it with the merchant. From the user’s point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment.
Delivery
The products are made to order according to the customer’s wishes, the delivery time unpainted is 4 – 7 weeks and painted 5 – 8 weeks. Delivery time may vary depending on the season.
Delivery to the nearest freight terminal or directly to the customer’s yard if the customer has the possibility of unloading the load.

Painted products
We also deliver our products factory-painted, if the customer chooses a painting from the additional features Arctic Finland House salesperson contacts the buyer via email after succefull order to verify the colors. We use standard RAL color-coded colors.
Shipping costs
You can see the delivery costs using the counter on the shopping cart page by adding the postcode of your delivery point to it when all the desired products have been added to the shopping cart.
Return right
Right of return 14 days. The product must be completely unused and unpacked. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The right of return does not apply to garden buildings, barrel saunas, mini houses, kota-produkts, summer kitchens, guest houses or other buildings, as they are special products and are made to order based on the customer’s wishes.
Other terms and conditions
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product upon arrival. If there are any defects in the packaging, the customer must record them in the shipping list provided by the driver before signing the shipping list and then immediately contact Arctic Finland House customer service.
